How does this work? By using our printable Online Order Form:

Step #1: Add product to your shopping cart. If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, click here for detailed instructions.

Step #2: Review your product choices. When you have finished adding your products to your cart, review them by clicking on 'View Cart' in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

You may edit quantities or remove product as necessary, as well as add gift-wrapping. When you are ready to complete the checkout process, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

Step #3:Provide your address information or login. The first time you wish to use our online order form, you will need to provide your address information and create an online account. On future visits, you can simply 'log-in' by providing the same email address and password. (Don't worry, if you forget your password, we make it easy to retrieve) None of your personal information will be shared with other companies. (read our privacy policy here)

Step #4: Review your order, apply any special promotions, and indicate your desire to create the printable order form. This page provides a summary of your order. You may click the link noted to apply a catalog promotion code and/or redeem gift cards. After reviewing for accuracy, click the Create Printable Order Form button.

A new window will 'pop-up' with all of your address and product information pre-completed. Simply print the form, and mail, phone or fax your order using the contact/mailing information found at the top.
